By creating an account or using Orbo, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the platform.

To use Orbo, you must:

• Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable laws.
• Not have had a previous account disabled for violation of our terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree that:

• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your username.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• You Own Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the text, photos, and videos you post.
• Our License to Your Content: By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, and publicly display your content, this is needed to show your posts.
• Ending the License: This license ends when you delete your content or your account, though it may persist in backups for a limited time.

To keep the community safe, you agree not to:

• Harass or Abuse: No bullying, stalking, or inciting violence.
• Post Illegal Content: No content that violates intellectual property (copyright) or local laws.
• Spam: No automated bots or deceptive marketing.
• Disrupt the Service: No uploading viruses or attempting to "hack" our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Orbo at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or are creating legal risk for us.

Orbo is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the site will always be safe, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any lost profits, revenues, or data resulting from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gelderland.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make changes, you will be asked to accept the new terms to use the app.
