By creating an account or using Orbo, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, password, and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) credentials. You agree that:

• You must provide accurate information, including a valid email address for verification.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your username, including posts, videos, and chat messages.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• You Own Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the text, photos, videos, and scrollables you post.
• Our License to Your Content: By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, and publicly display your content. This is required to operate the feed algorithm and display your media.
• Algorithmic Sorting: You acknowledge that Orbo uses automated algorithms to sort, rank, and display content based on user engagement (likes, views, tags).
• Ending the License: This license ends when you delete your content or your account, though it may persist in system backups for a limited time.

To keep the community safe, you agree not to:

• Harass or Abuse: No bullying, stalking, or inciting violence in public posts, real-time rooms, or direct chats.
• Post Illegal Content: No content that violates intellectual property (copyright) or local laws. This includes unauthorized video uploads.
• Spam: No automated bots, deceptive marketing, or manipulating the recommendation algorithm with artificial views or likes.
• Disrupt the Service: No uploading viruses, malicious video files, or attempting to compromise our server architecture.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Orbo at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or are creating legal risk for us.

Orbo is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the site will always be safe, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any lost profits, revenues, or data resulting from your use of the platform.
